Megan's Brave!!

Yesterday, Megan boarded the bus to Oakcrest LDS Girls Camp at seven o'clock in the morning. Yay her! She was very worried about going, but she did. I'm so proud of her! I sent her a letter in the mail and she should recieve it tomorrow. I'll let her write more about her adventures at camp when she gets home.

The First.

Our first "playdate" of the summer started off with a bang! We travelled to the park, and were disappointed to find that no one was there to feed us. (Supposedly, there's people who come to the park with free food for us poor kids. How nice!) Turning to leave, we spotted the notorious ice cream man parked right in our path. Yeah, it was creepy. We spun in circles on the field and waited for him to leave. I think he got the message that we didn't want any ice cream. So, we were reduced to making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch. While we were at it, we made a music video, which we will post as soon as we figure out how to.
Later, we longboarded (we taught ourselves) to the canal, a bag of expired cereal from grandpa in hand. Unfortunately, there weren't any ducks in the canal, so we just threw "Captain Crunch's" cereal into the water. Our kid siblings showed up and the rest is history.
Now we're creating a blog! How is it? Be prepared to delve in to our spaztastic summer adventures, coming soon!
